BlenderBottle Crepes Recipe -Use this simple but delicious crepe recipe with any of your favorite fillings.

Prep Time: 25 minutes
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
3 eggs
3/4 c and 2 T milk
3 T flour
1 T sugar
1 pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Combine highlighted ingredients in a large BlenderBottle and blend until smooth. Let sit in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
2. Heat a large, lightly greased pan over medium heat. Pour approximately 1/4 cup batter onto pan and tilt pan with a circular motion to evenly coat surface.
3. Cook for 1-2 minutes, until the bottom is slightly brown. Carefully flip crepe and cook other side.
4. Fill with fruit and yogurt, ham and cheese, ice cream and berries, or your favorite crepe filling.
