INGREDIENTS:
2 Scoops of Protein Powder - vanilla or chocolate (I love chocolate with this one)
1/4 Cup of Dry Oatmeal
1 Cup Skim Milk, Almond Milk, Soy Milk, Rice Milk or Water
2 Frozen Bananas
1 Handful of fresh or frozen Strawberries
1 Tbsp of Almond Butter or Natural Peanut Butter
2 Tbsp of Unsweetened Applesauce
1 Tbsp Flax seed
1 Tbsp Wheat Germ
1/2 Cup Ice Cubes
Blend all ingredients and drink up! Makes about 4 Servings.
