With food in no short supply and alcohol present at the majority of the holiday parties I attend with the Palm Beach Athletic Wear staff, a few of us often meet before the party starts for a healthy meal that keeps party snacking at bay.
Tip #1 Eat a healthy and filling meal about 60 minutes before the party starts. A large salad, grilled chicken breast and an extra large glass of water is my go-to pre-party meal. This helps stave off what I refer to as, "mindless" eating Or, eating food you wouldn't normally put in your body and consciously eat.
Tip #2 Alcohol is present at the majority of the parties I attend for Palm Beach Athletic Wear. I always try to drink plenty of water before a Holiday Party and keep tabs on the amount of alcohol intake during the party. ALWAYS have a designated driver as well as the number for a local cab service available.
