Healthy Shakes to Make Using Your Blender Bottle!

EZ as Apple Pie Shake Tastes like an Apple Pie without all the work and calories!
Prep Time 5 minutes
Servings 1
Ingredients
1 C Milk
1/2 C Plain Yogurt
1/2 C unsweetened apple sauce
Pinch of cinnamon (to taste)
Pinch of nutmeg (optional)
1 serving vanilla protein powder
Instructions-In the order listed, add ingredients to 28 oz BlenderBottle and shake.

1 8 oz Pina Colada Yogurt
1/2 C Milk (optional)
1 Serving vanilla protein powder (optional)
Instructions -Add ingredients to BlenderBottle in order listed and shake until smooth.
