I love working out at home - Yoga is my passion. But, let's face it, with the kids hanging on my ankles and home for the summer, cleaning my home and working out in my fitness studio for a little me-time has fallen short. So, when I received the Bona Stone, Tile & Laminate Floor Mop kit in the mail, I made it my mission to get the gumption and put the extra effort into cleaning a room that hasn't been used in longer than I would like.
If you are anything like me, you love the latest cleaning gadgets and probably own a Swiffer (or two) or even an iRobot/Roomba. I opened the Bona box to unveil an ergonomic cleaning mop to whisk me off to a distant land and help magically clean my bamboo floors. Putting together the Bona mop was super simple. It snaps into place and the cartridge is easy to insert too. I sprayed a little Bona Floor Cleaner on a scuff mark that has been on my floor for waaaayyy too long. (I had tried scrubbing with a Magic Eraser to no avail)! BAM. Gone! As soon as I applied the mop to the mark with a little effort is was gone! I was amazed at how little effort was involved in getting this troublesome scuff mark off my floor. Happiness ensued and I was in love.
Yes, in love with my new, Bona Floor Mop! I mopped the rest of my home gym workout room floor, getting into the MOST hard to reach areas and corners that normally harbor crumbs from one of my little monsters' granola bars (even though food is SUPPOSED to be off-limits in that room, Ugh)! The Bona Floor Mop is responsible for cleaning many NBA Sports Arena floors and, although the website features a woman cleaning her hardwoods while her kids lie around playing wooden blocks with some random dude, ohh, Dad, (which would NEVER happen in my home -Get outta the way, Momma's Cleaning!) the photo rings true in that it is quiet and simple to use, has a natural, Green cleaning solution and yes, you can even mop around your family (if you MUST). What I like most about my new Bona is that it is Green AND Cleans better than any other floor mop I own. It's a keeper!After completely mopping most of my home with little effort, I ran back into my workout home gym, locked the door for a full hour and had some me time with one of my favorite yoga DVD's!

I would use the Bona Floor Mop in my kitchen. It sounds like an easy mop to clean up quick spills and messes. Also, maybe use it in the bathroom before guests arrive WHY? It always annoys me when I am dashing around the house to clean up before a friend drops by!
